§ 1. Ændringer af Grønlands Hjemmestyres udgifts- og indtægtsbevillinger for 1999 fastsættes i bilag 1.

§ 2. Ændringer i tekstanmærkninger for 1999 fastsættes i bilag 2.

§ 3. Ændringer i normeringen af tjenestemandsstillinger under Grønlands Hjemmestyre for 1999 fastsættes i bilag 3.
